TIL the word “company” comes from the Latin “companio” which includes “pan” (bread), meaning “one who eats bread with you”

Next time thinking well before joining a 'companio', ask yourself can you share bread with them? 

I come from business family traditions and values, so my roles models always came from small business. The work doesn't feel like work exactly, we yell and love strongly and ofcourse share bread and cheese with my family back in Albania but in Japan sharing onigiri 😁
