Honestly I still don’t know what is spiritually. I often thing is religion based but happy to learn more about it. How about you Jacob, what do you think of spirituality ?

I think of it in a few different ways

One, spirituality is a subset of a single religion that informs practice and intentionality

Two, spirituality is a framework applicable across different religious practices 

Three, spirituality is completely different than religion and is more about nature and experience

Same, I go back and forth on it, and I think it's very subjective to a person's background and experiences 

I wrote down my thoughts on this today in response to a similar question about whether it's the same or different than religion 

All of these work for me as definitions
