An electoral court in Brazil has charged a political candidate with failing to declare his Bitcoin (BTC) holdings. Per the Brazilian media outlet Livecoins, the Regional Electoral Court of the state of Minas Gerais has subpoenaed a council candidate for failing to declare a BTC purchase made in 2024.
