The stupidest thing I did was fall for the sv grindset. I have realized normal hours of regular work help me much more than grinding. Grinding leads to a temporary increase in productivity followed by even lower productivity and shitty health. I miss being healthy and efficient. Currently working on regaining consistency and productivity. Maybe it's different for different people but I really won't grind for a long period of time. Short periods of grinding are fine tho.
