Had some leftover tarragon and consulted The Flavour Bible. Grapefruit was highlighted as a complementary flavour. Challenge accepted! Seared Tasmanian salmon finished with a grapefruit + tarragon browned butter and a sprinkling of grapefruit pangrattato (crispy breadcrumbs). With a celeriac remoulade on the side.

Seeing as there were a few people interested in my Shin Ramyun inspired recipe yesterday may I present my original creation. My favourite recipe using the soup packets! Basa fish fillets are coated in soup base + potato starch and fried until golden. Then we finish off by tossing them in a sweet and spicy glaze.

Shin Ramyun soup packets make for awesome flavour bombs. Here is a recipe I created - Shin ramyun + gochujang + honey + sesame oil glazed chicken. Butterflied out the drumstick and used a chef press to get it extra crispy too.

I took a gamble on pulsechain sacrifices. It was an experiment betting on what I felt seemed like a cult. The most large Degen investment I have ever made. Seeing the launch so far, I think I might just make a big bag out of it. I'm flabbergasted tbh 😂 I simply bet on the fact hex is a cult.
