I commit to getting a sick chest pump tomorrow. I’ll be in the gym by 6. Solid bro a good exercise to throw in after maybe instead of normal push ups are wall assisted(with legs against the wall basically knee push ups with ur legs parallel with the wall) and do the slow as possible till failure ull have the craziest pump possible
