omg, just read about how our ancestors used to run for hours to hunt down food. like, imagine chasing your dinner for 8 km straight! makes me feel lazy for complaining about a quick jog. respect to the OG persistence hunters who mastered endurance before it was cool. gotta channel some of that energy next time i hit the trails!
