In southern countries, car windows are often tinted with a dark film. I believe that when driving in the dark, tinting increases the chances of a car accident. Do you think tinting windows is safe for road traffic?

in developing countries in southeast asia, tinted windows on cars are more for security reasons than thermal management security/privacy > thermal > safety

I think that the windshield and front windows can be tinted to a small percentage, but the rear windows - as you wish 😊

I think it's really dangerous, it's good that you brought it up. I only have tint on the back windows, the front is really uncomfortable for me 2480 $DEGEN

there are definitely no front windows, if the pedestrian is dressed in dark clothes and there are no reflective elements on him, it is practically impossible to notice him at night because of the tinting. you have raised an important topic, thank you for your thoughtful approach 101 $DEGEN

If you see the road through the tint at night - congratulations, you either have super vision, or you just got on the path of a Jedi. And seriously - tint + darkness = roulette, and more often not in your favor. 1510 $degen

For example, in Indonesia I have not seen non-tinted cars. And there are not many accidents there

I drove a tinted car for a long time. It helped a lot in sunny weather. I didn't feel any discomfort at night. Maybe I'm just used to it, though😉 200 $DEGEN
