hey team! how are you moving today? this lower body circuit can be done as a home workout or as a warm up prior to a gym / run session! exercises - squats 45 seconds - glute bridge 45 seconds - lying leg raises 45 seconds each side - alternate donkey kick 45 seconds 15 seconds rest between each exercise and do 2/3 rounds if you’re doing this as a standalone workout! *a longer version of this workout with instructions will be available for hypersub subscribers in the on-demand video library soon! have a great day! ☺️
