It's amazing almost all nutritional advice is wrong. I assume that's the case for the things we hear today too. The only advice that's really stood the test of time is the less processed the food the better.

Sorry :( Come out here to SF bay area. I grew up in Austin and really love the city, but would never move back there in today's climate. (My parents lived next door to Rick Perry for a few years if you want to hear some entertaining stories.)

I really love the KRON channel here in the bay area which is not affiliated with any big network (as far as I can tell?). Their newscasts are *super* chill, almost to the point of being rather unprofessional, which I'm OK with.
