Just got out of a bare-knuckle tradCorp meet where my org innovation plan was raked through the coals by many entrenched players a couple notches above me on the ladder.

After the meet my boss’s boss’s boss’s boss said, “Hey that was kind of rough but was it valuable?”

“Feedback is a gift!  Thank you for setting up the meet where I could get it,” was my reply.

The grin he got after I said that was pretty hilarious.  He told me it turned his mood around entirely.
