It's sad seeing companies like Meta (inspired by X I guess?) think that treating employees like sh*t will improve their bottom line. I don't think it's going to work well for them, especially with startups happy to poach all their best talent.

To be fair, if it’s anything like it was when I worked there, they treat their employees better than almost any other company in the world. Compensations get to levels that would be impossible for a start up to afford
