The guy next to me on the beach:
“What kind of fish is that?”

Me, focused on a monk seal mother and pup… not interested in fish anyway.

After he said something two or three times, I finally looked to see what “fish” could be so interesting.

Dude. Shark. I get that a shark is a kind of fish, but… “What kind of shark is that?” would get my attention much faster.
