As the New Year approaches, supermarkets are lined with many Mochi (rice cakes)
They are baked in a toaster, and the Mochi in this photo has a slit in it for easy baking!!

I eat it simply with sugar and soy sauce✨✨

It is delicious with soybean flour or with Mochi in oshiruko!
