can it work with decimals? My token is very expensive rn but if I can set to people holding only 0.01 I think I can make it work

Simple. I want to run a giveaway using the undefined money gun to sort through users who hold at least 0.001 of my fan token. Then, I'll fire the money gun to randomly choose 1 to 3 winners and send them the gift after. 
The money gun would be used just to sort it.

what is exactly what you need? how do you imagine it working?

this is something that potentially could be valuable, and im interested in brainstorming what is needed (and v curious on how you would want it to work - as a non technical user)
