@batuleke A new employee has joined our office. She seems to have everything going for her - pretty, smart, calm, sociable - but she can't find a common language with anyone in the department. Our department is friendly and companionable. A lot of celebrations together, a lot of out-of-work outputs, all sorts of secret santas and internal congratulations always. But no one wants to take her and kind of inconvenient, because everyone goes, and she is not, and on the other hand why should we be inconvenienced if a person can not fit in any way can not. And everyone demonstrates this fitting in in different ways, someone tries to smooth it out, and someone snorts and defiantly turns away. I just feel uncomfortable in front of the person...
