one of the biggest positives of allowances being slashed across-the-board has been not having the pressure of making sure I tip my entire allowance every day. i haven’t tipped anyone in a week and don’t feel guilty about it at all bc it’s only 1K or so.

I agree with this, it was a lot of pressure / work / anxiety. I was staying up till 3am some nights to get it all out.
