Spotted: 1992 Mitsubishi Delica L300 4x4.  I saw this about a year ago in Brooklyn while driving past and finally spotted it again while on foot so naturally I took a ton of photos.  This thing is so tricked out (more pics to come)  I need to find a way to befriend this dude.

yeah they are maxtrax and are surprisingly expensive - mud snow sand or even used to help bridge gaps. Durable as hell - this dude had two on each side
