Yes, I didn't think so much, I'm not very knowledgeable, but the owner of this vehicle explained to me that it meets those requirements and makes them visible so that everyone knows the comforts it offers, I see it as logical. for a car that provides taxi or pick-up service, but this specific one is used in a company, I don't know its usefulness
