-straw sippy cup (helps equalize pressure) -chewy snacks - practice yawning game -keep them awake at takeoff and landing gl dude

Thank you! Surprisingly she was quite good with the ear pressure thing as a newborn. Just need to be mindful of her being up at landing tonight

This. Maybe prepare them for weird/loud noises before the flight (make noise, then laugh at it or sth similar). If you do headphones, try to see how they react with noise cancelling headphones. Plenty of distractions (children books, tv shows on phone or similar (if you do that)).
