Network States

People who are interested in living in a long-term network state node (so, permanent location, not popup), what are some properties that you would like such a node to have?

the basics matter the most I think: comfortable climate, clean air and water, fast internet, sports facilities around, quality food access, fast deliveries of things from the internet, transport connectivity to the world etc, everything else is quite easy to develop or adopt I think

legal wise an ability to work remotely, setup company with minimal or no buroucracy, have a resident status or passport

obviously crypto allowed to be used for personal reasons and within the node openly and privately
