People who are interested in living in a long-term network state node (so, permanent location, not popup), what are some properties that you would like such a node to have?

a long-term network state node should have strong community values, self-sustainability, robust infrastructure, decentralized governance, access to resources, innovation hubs, and a focus on collective growth.

hmm at first glance this list feels to me a bit too much from the perspective of "what is something that I would love to know that there exists" (eg. decentralized governance and access to resources are pretty abstract things) I think I'm looking more for "what properties would make you personally be more willing to live there". Such a list should contain some very non-idealistic day-to-day stuff, eg. "public automated hot tea dispenser", "24 hour coworkingspace", "easy travel access"... Also aesthetics. Are there any important items in those categories that come to mind for you?

definitely many! a lot of properties for the apartment / house: great ventilation to reduce co2, also to reduce mold depending on the climate, alignment with the sun all of it matters personally prefer to have a separate space within home to work vs a cowork but I think spaces like coworkings should emerge from the demand naturally Need to think more about things like public tea dispenser but in this specific case I’m sure the quality I’m used to won’t be there Another personal property is bicycle friendly great modern and well thought out architecture always amazing to have, mountain and sea views probably best - easy access to swimming and hiking
