that sub is too cheap for that I think, maybe there can be another, more expensive tier to do it instead

people probably don't want a 12 month sub upfront

but if they want some feedback it's likely they want it now or soon (within a month should be a good assumption)

Help in that case would be kind of generic I think, same as any other service/article/course on design online
