this not gonna hold with ethereum culture base is adopting actively as soon as it’s fully decentralized stage 2 there’s nothing to be done about kyc

Do they ever have to move from stage 0 though? It’s been quite a while and they haven’t even moved to 1 yet, much less stage 2.
