I'm trying out a coffee from some new, small roasters today. I like visiting their tiny café and decided to buy some beans. 

These are Colombian beans—very clean with a round aftertaste. I think I'd prefer the roast to be slightly lighter, but it's still a good coffee. ☕️

Do you have any favorite roasters?

Oh, that’s pretty cool! It is impressive how the specialty coffee culture is big in Ireland. Do they also have a coffee shop? I can try it next time I go to Dublin.

No they don't have a storefront sadly. You can try fable bakery tho, they serve this, and have great treats
