This year I built: 🔵 Launched the @baseafricaa community to educate, create awareness, and proliferate the Base vision. We grew to 4,500+ builders across all platforms. 🔵 Utilized Contents and made over 4,000 posts across various social media platforms. 🔵 Hosted 15+ weekly X spaces and 4 IRL meetups in Nigeria, Ghana and SA. 🔵 Launched successful viral and globally adopted campaigns such as; content creator challenge, #SendCryptoToMama and others. 🔵 Co-presented the Based Africa Buildathon, got 280+ registrations and celebrated 7 winning projects. In all, Base Africa had a basesome 2024, creating and curating the future of @base in Africa and we hope to do more this 2025! LFB🔵🚀.

2024 was all shades of incredibility. Our achievements, as well as those of every African builder, are a true testament to the resilience and determination of Africans. In less than 6 months on Base, we - We took on the mission of connecting builders and enthusiasts on base to foster growth and bring Africa onchain. - Launched the @baseafricaa community to educate, create awareness, and proliferate the Base vision of bringing a billion users onchain. We grew to 4,500+ participants across all platforms. - Got global recognition for bringing Africa onchain through our various impactful initiatives. - Utilized Content across various social media platforms, such as X, Instagram, Farcaster, WhatsApp, Paragraph, etc, and made over 4,000 posts across our platforms with stand-out weekly contents like the Base Weekly Roundup. - Gave visibility to builders and products on Base.
