Anyone else not really sure what world to prepare your kids for ? Anyone truly believe there will be jobs the way we think of them today in 20 years ?

I’m focusing on teaching my kids English and agency. The former is much easier than the latter.

Some things are cyclical, some are fads, some are timeless

Jobs are too hard to predict. If anything in my lifetime the conventional wisdom made predictions that were exactly backwards. 

So either don’t worry about it or countertrade the conventional wisdom :)

Focusing on them learning that the world isn't fair but that's ok.

They're capable of more than they think they are

Their actions matter

Hard things are worth it

God is good

Feels like if they get those down they should be good to go
