We over-hired in 2021 - it caused us to move slower not faster. In crypto it's never as good as it seems, and never as bad as it seems. In 2021, it was not as good as it seems, and right now it's nowhere near as bad as it seems. We're getting more done with 3,500 people than we were with 5,000. More focused.
