Are applications to ETHDenver through SporkDAO still open?

Friend of mine went through the registration, everything seemingly fine. 

But her account has been on "Application Submitted! Check back in 1 business day for your ticket" for 5 days now.

No SPORK/sSPORK token showing up either.
