biased but i really like 'Creator' mostly because i think it fully encompasses the wide spectrum of creation while keeping it humanized and without any assumptions around size, influence or output... vs say 'influencer', 'KOL' or 'KOF' all of which feel too transactional

first day doing cardio for 1hr and then doing strength training for 1 hr. didnt feel too bad, but was semi gassed towards the end. other than protein shake w/creatine, sleep and healthy meals, any other recos for proper recovery? eg: electrolytes?
