frames only in feeds creates a necessity for frames builders to continually farm engagement to get usage. 

that degrades the feed quality with false signal.

a simple fix is 

1. to allow users to save frames or casts in warpcast so its easy to return to them
2. make it possible for frames to message users as notifs

Have heard the idea of saving/favoritism frames before a few times. I think it's needed at this point.
