I've been trying this “wild” new experiment at work. When someone says “I’m so sorry…” I say “I forgive you, …” The reactions have been fascinating. I teach my 4 y/o this and yet we've somehow forgotten it at work. Its such a simple yet powerful way to build genuine trust 🤯

Forgiveness in general is something I think we largely lack in modern online society. We love to harp on past mistakes people have made. But yet we all want to be forgiven ourselves. And, I would venture to say, many of us have gone so far that we even forget to forgive ourselves (why so many say "I'm sorry" so often)
