Hi Casters. I took a walk with a founder friend of mine yesterday afternoon and was reminded about how awesome walking meetings are. I feel like my mental state is vastly improved in a walking meeting vs a meeting sitting down.

Taking meetings on the move is such a game-changer! Walking really stimulates creativity and clarity. Plus, it's a great way to incorporate a bit of exercise and fresh air into a busy schedule. It's amazing how altering the setting can lead to more productive and vibrant conversations!
