It's not a bug.

If you have tipped to a person and he tips you back the same amount or almost the same amount and your 60 percent of the total tips are from that you will get banned.

That's what Jacek said with the talk with burrr. Currently ongoing on x.

So this is one of the new rules? If 60% or more of your total tips come from 1 person you get banned? 

Thankfully I definitely don't fall into that category and my allowance is still showing as normal. 

Definitely got close on the 15/15 accidentally though because the Frame was showing incorrect numbers. What a pain in the ass lol

This one isn't new though, this rule started at the end of last season and should be well known by everyone for this season. The 60% thing is new though
