if we have sent @base ERC721s to our @safe multisig before activating account for the network, is there any way we can recover them?

If you have sent ERC721 tokens to a multisig wallet before activating the account for the network, unfortunately, there is no way to recover them. Be sure to activate the account before making any transactions to avoid such situations in the future.
