It's getting pretty intense now. I use the pro version of the plugin for many projects with custom themes, and it's the reason I still use WordPress for some websites. I've considered switching to a headless setup for a while, but always postponed it. Now, it's more of a next-project priority.

I just use the MX Vertical. It's great, but you might experience some mouse flips. I would say the MX Master series mice are the way to go, like @cbxm suggested. (Most of the time, I have my mouse next to the keyboard, not in the middle. After a few days, I get shoulder pain if I keep it in the center.) If you're on a Mac, getting one of the Apple trackpads might also be a good option if that's your jam. Placing it in the middle of your thumb cluster will make it so you hardly have to move your hands.

Komoot, but that might be a Euro thing. The Garmin Connect website is also very useful. If you don't have a Garmin, you can just download the GPX file and open it on a different device.

I think a lot of us want to use a single language for everything since we are most familiar with that language. With a bit more experience, that tendency tends to fade. It's not bad, but it's not good either to want to make everything in one language.

I would say keep it, it's good to have it as a fallback for is a project that did an implementation of its desires to quit and you have built on top of them. It make the ecosystem more rebuts
