Looking for a better computer mouse. Currently using Apple Magic Mouse. It works fine, for what it’s worth. But I’m sure there are better, more ergonomic options out there. Ideally would like it to look great side by side with my Moonlander mechanical keyboard.

I just use the MX Vertical. It's great, but you might experience some mouse flips. I would say the MX Master series mice are the way to go, like @cbxm suggested. (Most of the time, I have my mouse next to the keyboard, not in the middle. After a few days, I get shoulder pain if I keep it in the center.) If you're on a Mac, getting one of the Apple trackpads might also be a good option if that's your jam. Placing it in the middle of your thumb cluster will make it so you hardly have to move your hands.

gawd i tried so hard with vertical mice. couldn't hack it. much greater comfort but you can't rest your hand on these, so mine kept slipping down to rest on the desk, which got in the way of the mouse itself and put my fingers out of position for the buttons if they made a Vertical with the same amount of buttons as the Master and wing to rest your palm on, i'd be all over it
