I still can't get over how users just don't report bugs anymore. I used to get pings going, "Hey this isn't working" or "is this supposed to do this?" Now: πŸ¦— My theory is that people lost faith in things working around covid. Maybe it's just tech sentiment. idk

The heads probably using too many apps to care to report. The casuals may not realize they can based on the big apps report flows. Both may never get a response if they do from some teams. A well placed button and triage on the backend for direct response goes a long way I’ve seen

I thought they auto reported with button pushing. That's really unfortunate as I've wasted an enormous amount of time just pushing buttons hoping for the bug to be fixed. πŸ«ΆπŸ˜‚πŸ˜…

which part of the stack? posthog if you can own the stack. can still keep it anon w/ ids if that's the concern. at least for the alpha stage.
