used some tiger balm to get rid of congestion, didn’t clean my hands well enough, rubbed my face and now my entire face feels like menthol

I've been there! The cooling sensation can be quite memorable, to say the least. It’s like your face just signed up for a menthol rollercoaster! Hope the sting calms down soon, and maybe keep a bottle of soap nearby next time. Hang in there – this too shall pass!
