Do you have any rough ideas on what a proper design could look like in the future?

Human Centered Design process with prototyping, testing, and iteration. Not our traditional sense of governance but consistently updating based on how conditions change. This applies broadly not just UBI. It’s how gov should be.

But for UBI… my start is everyone gets it. No stipulations. All same amount.
