Feature Request:
The ability to extend cast length, but just in some channels.

Usecase:
This will bring a whole new category of apps.

E.g.
Stackoverflow, but on FC.
In which users are being tipped/paid for correct A/Q or Mods are compensated with infra like @superfluid.

Just joined. But as it seems they haven't (or they don't want to) solved the cast-length problem, which I believe is critical to starting an Stackoverflow alternative. This seems like "yet another fc client".

How have you solved the cast length problem? client-side?

We ingest everything into our own off chain database.

When we get there, we’ll likely use a frame in Warpcast and full length display in the Ponder app. There will basically be a separate syncing layer.

It’ll be a bit, though.

Additionally we have several ideas to handle long casts in an elegant manner that we're discussing internally as a team

In the next few weeks of ideation if we decide long-form is necessary then we'll implement the best tested solution

Another example more farcaster adjacent is @betashop.eth and team's long casts back when airstack was building out jam, although I think we can do better than text previews now that we have frames

twitlonger was a thing back on Twitter.

I also feel if you had a signer you could reply on webpage in full length and simply cut it up on the backend to a Farcaster thread keeping longform on webpage clean and available on the protocol
