While I'm against squadding and jonny seems to have acted in bad faith...the ”bankless wants their channel" is definitely a bad phrasing from dan. Also imho banklesshq and their community(which I am part of) has no single right on the word bankless, which isn't really a big topic at banklesshq media production anyway

David created a channel on Discord to discuss this and gives more information about what happened The Bankless group tried to reach out to this person in good faith but wanted to extort a lot of money from them. Bankless were willing to give up on /bankless channel and create their own under BanklessHQ
