So yesterday I solved for heart rate/intensity minutes by doubling pace of Apple Fitness strength workout. Today I was determined to do the same for Pilates and I did Speed Pilates (no idea of that’s a thing) basically tripled speed of instructor and ran in place between exercise’s and for standup resistance band exercises. Took Pilates from zero intensity minutes to 14 IMs out of 20 min workout while still feeling abs, core, and rest of intensity you get from Pilates. Thank you @receipts team for helping me up my game.
