An underpinning of psychology is that people are poor forecasters of their future selves. Imagining a goal is easy and fun. Imagining a goal in the context of the realistic life stresses that grow with competitive pursuits is something entirely different. Morgan Housel. What do you think my friend?

It has also happened to me that I feel like trying something and making it my goal, but later I realize that it was not compatible with my mood at all.
