I don’t know how to rest, I’m so bad in resting, but good at working so I’m overdoing it

Looks like I'm not very good at it either. 
I worked until my body said we'd be in bed for  two days without the slightest opportunity to do anything else (I got sick).

But I fixed the schedule!🎉😅 🥳  

I want to try leaving the days with nothing to work at all (I don't usually have days off)

Agree it’s not easy but I can’t do nothing it’s like boring so instead I’m going things lol but it makes me tired at the end
