Amidst the mild unease over the upcoming RU-BY military exercises, it’s worth remembering about their past iterations—especially the 2009 one, where NATO was cast as the target of a simulated nuclear strike. Fear is a poor advisor. (but, of course, neither will you find wisdom burying your head in the sand)
