grow up and realize how hard it is to birth ‘anything’ to this world, and keep the shoot-down private while providing constructive feedback

This is the absolute truth, I have realized  that those who condem/talk down an idea/activity are mostly those who tried and and give up/failed and those who failed to try at all, so they believe no one should succeed in it.
