Quick question: With the US pulling out of countries via USAID, this obviously leaves a vacuum. Which country do we honestly expect to step up and fill this vacuum. China, Russia??

Trump, instead of confronting China, wants to let it rise as a hegemon and take on part of the global costs while weakening it through its growing internal problems. Trump's policies toward the existing order lean more toward accepting China rather than confronting it.

Easy. China is poised to take all of our soft power. I would say this is the biggest own goal of the century but my guess is they will get a few more kicks to their own faces in before it’s over
