Well from the looks of it there's this sign post or lamp post, which did the thing and made the car rail upwards onto the fence. The reason why it has happened could be anything from texting while driving, drunk (or on drugs) driver, health issues (or just being tired and not focused enough), blinding sun, etc

To tell you the truth, I wonder what happened there, bc I don’t really understand how can you do that 🤷‍♀️
