I committed myself to yoinking everytime I feel the urge to smoke, so I give up smoking and win everyone in Yoink (cuz i smoked like a steam loco). Kinda killing two birds with one stone Yoinked 23 times today. That means 23 less cigarettes smoked. 48 smoke-free hours in. No problem, Houston

3 days in myself, for like the 10th time, but this time feels good, like I'm gonna make it. Running with my puppy has been my yoink.
